David Ortiz
David Ortiz
I created a short motion graphic video designed to introduce a player during a game, showcase a highlight reel, or for other purposes. I selected David Ortiz as the subject because he is one of my favorite baseball players. David Américo Ortiz Arias (born November 18, 1975), nicknamed "Big Papi", is a Dominican-American former professional baseball who played 20 seasons in MLB from 1997 to 2016. After playing parts of six seasons with the Minnesota Twins, Ortiz moved to the Red Sox, where he played a leading role in ending the team's 86-year World Series championship drought in 2004. This creation involved using a blend of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
